Using the Site

You must be at least 18, or using the Site under the supervision of a parent or guardian. If you use the Site on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to accept these terms for it.

We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the Site at any time without notice.

Early access and enquiries

Joining early access or sending a partner enquiry registers your interest. It is not a reservation, booking, offer or contract, and it does not guarantee access, a price, a location or a launch date.

You agree that what you submit is accurate and that you are entitled to share it. We handle it as described in our Privacy policy.

Forward-looking information

The Site describes products and infrastructure that are in development. Specifications, capacities, charging speeds, pilot cities, timelines, renders and figures are indicative, may change, and are not a commitment or warranty.

Nothing on the Site is an offer of securities, investment advice or a solicitation to invest. Any investment discussion happens only under separate, formal documentation.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Site in breach of any law, or to harm, defraud or mislead anyone;
• submit false information, spam, or content that is unlawful or infringes others' rights;
• probe, scan or test the Site's security, or interfere with its operation;
• scrape, copy or harvest content or data at scale without our written permission;
• reverse engineer the 3D models, animations or code served on the Site.

Intellectual property

The Site and everything on it, including the AutoDock name and marks, text, designs, renders, 3D models, video and software, belong to AutoDock or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property law.

You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any other use needs our written permission. Press and partners can ask for brand assets at contact@autodockai.com.

If you send us feedback or ideas, you allow us to use them without restriction or payment.

Third-party links and services

The Site links to and relies on services we do not control, such as LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Google Analytics and Formspree. Their own terms and privacy policies apply, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimer

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the Site will be uninterrupted or free of errors or harmful components.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, AutoDock and its founders, employees and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, data or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Site.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to INR 5,000. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Indemnity

You agree to compensate AutoDock for losses, claims and reasonable costs that arise from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the Site.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Kozhikode, Kerala have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any mandatory rights you have as a consumer where you live. Before going to court, we ask that you write to us so we can try to resolve the matter informally.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
