Physical AI for robotic parking.
Physical AI senses, decides and acts in the real world. AutoDock's robotic parking system receives, moves, stores and charges vehicles, and six specialized AI agents orchestrate every action from arrival to dispatch, closing the loop between intelligence and the real world.
01 Laan AI
Vehicles speak directly to the depot.
Autonomous vehicles don't call a human dispatcher. They talk to Laan AI, the intelligence that controls every physical depot. One conversation covers discovery, decision and docking, no app, no driver, no wait.
Discover. Decide. Dock.
When a robotaxi drops below its SOC reserve, its onboard AI opens a conversation with Laan AI over MCP or REST. The depot scores available bays, quotes a price, and holds a slot, all in under two seconds.
The vehicle never parks itself. The tower receives it, lifts it, charges it, and returns it. The entire interaction is a conversation between two AIs that ends with a physical action.
Host a tower, run a fleet through one, or back the network.
Partner with usPhysical AI
AI that moves atoms, not just bits.
Physical AI is artificial intelligence that perceives the real world through sensors, reasons about what it perceives, and acts by controlling physical machinery. Most AI lives behind a screen; AutoDock integrates all four foundations of physical AI into a single structure: the robotic parking and charging tower.
Digital AI

Physical AI

Sensing & Perception Captures multimodal signals from cameras, LiDAR, weight sensors and grid meters to build a live digital twin of every tower, bay and vehicle.
Edge Computing Enables real-time AI decisions on-site at every tower, with cloud sync for fleet-wide learning and over-the-air model updates.
Foundation Models Learns patterns across diverse sensor data to predict occupancy, energy demand, faults and optimal charge schedules without hand-coded rules.
Robotics & Actuation The robotic tower itself is the robot: it parks, retrieves, charges and sequences vehicles autonomously, closing the loop from decision to physical action.
02 System overview
From autonomous fleets to vehicle ready to go.
Four layers connect autonomous vehicles to the physical infrastructure that parks, charges and dispatches them. Each layer feeds the next.

03 AI Core
Six agents. One orchestrator. Zero humans in the loop.
Instead of one generic AI model, AutoDock runs specialized infrastructure agents. Each owns a domain. An orchestrator coordinates them against a shared world model.
Fleet Agent
What vehicle needs to leave and when? Manages departure windows, route priority and mission requirements.
Parking Agent
Where should it physically go? Assigns bays, sequences vehicles, optimizes tower rotation.
Charging Agent
How much energy does it need? Manages charge profiles, connector engagement, session scheduling.
Energy Agent
Where should the power come from? Balances solar yield, battery storage, grid draw and tariff windows.
Maintenance Agent
Is the infrastructure healthy? Monitors vibration, thermal and electrical anomaly signatures.
Safety Agent
Is it safe to execute? Enforces hard safety envelopes that no other agent can override.
03.1 Decision Engine
Trained on better thinking, not more data.
Laan AI is a non-autoregressive decision engine. It doesn't generate text or guess. It classifies infrastructure states into actions in a single forward pass, 33ms per decision, with calibrated confidence that penalises miscalibrated uncertainty.
Single-pass decisions
No autoregressive generation. One forward pass classifies the infrastructure state into an action. Deterministic, no hallucination risk.
Calibrated confidence
Trained with reinforcement learning against strictly proper scoring rules. Confidence outputs reflect true uncertainty, not arbitrary scores.
Real-time at the edge
Decisions complete in 33ms on commodity hardware. Fast enough for the tower to act before the vehicle finishes docking.
Data Model
The shared world model every agent reads.
Four data domains feed the shared infrastructure state. Every sensor reading, every session event, every grid signal updates the world model in real time.

Comparison
Physical AI vs traditional infrastructure.
AutoDock is not smarter software layered on existing hardware. It is a fundamentally different architecture where intelligence and machinery are designed together.
| Dimension | Traditional | AutoDock |
|---|---|---|
| Parking | Manual or mechanical stacker | AI-sequenced robotic tower |
| Charging | Passive plug dispenser | Automated coupler, profile-aware |
| Energy | Grid-only, flat rate | Solar + battery + tariff-shaped |
| Scheduling | First come, first served | Priority-weighted, departure-aware |
| Maintenance | Reactive, after failure | Predictive, weeks before failure |
| Intelligence | Dashboard recommendations | Closed-loop physical execution |
Competitive Moat
Four layers. Each reinforces the next.
Physical assets generate operational data. Operational data trains better AI. Better AI deepens fleet integrations. Fleet integrations demand more physical assets.
